Business System Manager

**Description du poste**:
Pour compléter notre équipe au sein du département IT, nous recherchons un Business System Manager.
Responsabilités
- A jour avec la technologie actuelle et des possibilités d'amélioration existantes du système; communication de manière précices avec l'équipe Global Business Systems & IT.
- Amélioration continu et des standardisations des processus opérationnels ainsi que du développement du système.
- Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et maintenir un haut niveau de sécurité de l'environnement conformément aux exigences locales et gouvernementales ainsi qu'aux meilleures pratiques de cybersécurité.
- Maintenir une liste avec une priorités des demandes des utilisateurs finaux pour l'amélioration du système et/ou la normalisation des processus opérationnels.
- Formaliser et utiliser des processus pour améliorer la maintenance et le support informatique.
- Veiller sur les mises à niveau des systèmes et gérer les implémentations des ces modifications de manière proactive aux utilisateurs finaux.
- Assurer à la formalisation de la vision stratégique du département.
Interagir avec les utilisateurs clés des solutions logiciels pour être force de proposition pour implémenter des améliorations.
- Valider et plannifier la mise en place des améliorations.
- Accompagner et former les utilisateurs.
- Interagir avec les autres services de l'entreprise en fournissant une expertise technique, des ressources et en aidant à résoudre les problèmes techniques.
- Identifier les besoins de formation.
**Exigences du poste**:
- Niveau Master ou - avec une expérience équivalente
- Expert en gestion de projet
- Maîtrise de la rédaction et de la structuration de processus
- Sens de la communication & de la présentation
- Doté d'un esprit analytique
- Capable d'identifier les besoins des utilisateurs
- Très bon niveau d'anglais et français, soit de langue maternelle de l'une des deux.
