Developing and managing relationships with Strategic Account regional/global key decision makers, acting as a main point of contact between account HQ, key decision makers and Neogen internal teams.Developing and executing relevant tactics and operating plans, including negotiations and managing regional (global) agreements and pricing.Maintaining regular reporting of sales activity to monitor growth.

Leading and working with cross functional teams (Marketing, Product Owners, Technical Services, Professional Services and Planning) and local sales teams to create value and provide solutions to support regional adoptions of Neogen methods and local sales conversions.Defining and supporting new opportunities, sharing winning tactics for replication, testimonials and news from other teams. Understanding and overseeing Strategic Accounts’ operating model, laboratory locations, decision making process, methods, organizational structure and develops straing relationships across the commercial lab customers. Partnering with local sales teams to negotiate

and manage global and regional contracts and pricing, establishing and maintaining price consistency.Leading significant projects and pricing agreements with other global/regional commercial lab Strategic Accounts if required. Representing Neogen at HQ, R&D centers, decision making sites, events and conferences.About you:You’ll have experience managing accounts, with evidence of hitting or exceeding sales targets.

You’ll have an educational background or experience working in microbiology or the food safety field.

You’ll have flexibility to travel for key customer meetings, exhibitions/events an sales meetings.

You’ll have previous experience using sales tools, CRM, PowerPoint etc.

You’ll be goal orientated, highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a challenging and dynamic work environment.You’ll be confident and comfortable presenting to all levels, as well as being proficient at listening and understanding customer needs.You’re able to balance your drive to win every sale and building long term, sustainable relationships, all while demonstrating great leadership.
