Ce que vous accomplissez

Vous organisez et assurez le respect des processus du magasin, incluant la gestion du coffre, le comptage des caisses et les procédures d'encaissement Vous participez activement aux stratégies commerciales de vente (conseils clients, excellence de l'accueil, ventes complémentaires etc.) et vous visez la satisfaction de notre clientèle Vous encadrez les Responsables Produits, les collaborateurs, les apprentis ainsi que les stagiaires et les accompagnez dans le développement de leurs compétences Vous conduisez et challengez une équipe de personnes diverses et variées selon la politique, les directives et les valeurs de l’entreprise Vous êtes garant des résultats et de la rentabilité de l’ensemble des secteurs qui vous sont attribués (chiffre d’affaires, rendements, etc.) en vous appuyant sur tous les indicateurs de performance Après une période de formation et d'accompagnement, vous serez amené à seconder et à remplacer le Responsable du magasin en cas de besoin
