En plaçant au cœur de sa stratégie « L’innovation Positive » le Groupe Talan est convaincu que c’est en étant au service de l’humain que la technologie démultiplie son potentiel pour la société.Job DescriptionContexte du poste :Dans le cadre du remplacement d’un ERP custom existant par un ERP standard d’un éditeur suisse allemand, l’entreprise mobilise ses Product Owners sur le projet de mise en œuvre du nouvel ERP. Pour assurer la continuité opérationnelle de l’ERP actuel, l’entreprise recherche un Product Owner Proxy (PO Proxy) spécialisé dans le support applicatif et la gestion des applications.QualificationsResponsabilités principales :1. Support applicatif et gestion des incidents :Assurer la supervision fonctionnelle de l’ERP actuel pour garantir sa stabilité et son bon fonctionnement.Être l’interlocuteur principal des équipes métiers pour toutes les problématiques liées à l’ERP.Identifier, analyser et coordonner les solutions aux problèmes fonctionnels ou techniques en collaboration avec les équipes concernées.2. Gestion des demandes évolutives :Recueillir et documenter les besoins des utilisateurs pour des ajustements ou améliorations de l’ERP.Assurer la priorisation des demandes en lien avec les besoins métiers et les contraintes opérationnelles.Suivre la mise en œuvre des évolutions en collaboration avec les équipes techniques ou les prestataires externes.3. Support transverse au projet de migration ERP :Collaborer étroitement avec les Product Owners impliqués dans le projet de mise en œuvre du nouvel ERP.Participer à la préparation et à la validation de la migration des données entre les deux systèmes.Anticiper les impacts fonctionnels de la migration et assurer une continuité des opérations métiers pendant la transition.Compétences clés :Expérience confirmée en support applicatif ou en tant que gestionnaire d’application.Connaissance approfondie des processus ERP et de leur rôle dans les opérations métiers.Capacité à coordonner des parties prenantes variées (utilisateurs, équipes techniques, prestataires).Excellentes compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes.Solides aptitudes en communication pour garantir un alignement efficace entre les équipes métiers et techniques.Additional InformationLangues :• Français : courant
