En mission chez un acteur majeur de la Cosmétique et de la Beauté, j’accompagne mon client dans la définition de sa stratégie métier CRM : de la stratégie d’acquisition, en passant par la stratégie d’engagement et de rétention. J’interviens sur des sujets très divers de la customer experience tels que : les services online et offline, les triggers email, l’utilisation de la data CRM dans les campagnes le CRM sur les canaux de distribution indirects, les programmes de fidélité. Pour une grande Maison dans le secteur du luxe, j’interviens à la DSI en tant que Product Owner sur les outils de clienteling utilisés par les équipes de vente en boutique et les équipes marketing. J’ai un rôle d’interface entre l’équipe métier, les équipes techniques et l’éditeur. Ma mission consiste à alimenter le backlog de l’application de clienteling en cadrant les besoins d’évolution, qu’ils soient fonctionnels, UX ou centrés sur la collecte et la qualité de la donnée client.
