Business Developer
Missions clé :
Développement commercial : Vous serez responsable d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités de tout en maintenant d'excellentes relations avec nos clients. Vous devrez adapter les stratégies de vente pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de nos clients.
Gestion de cycle de vente : Vous assurerez le cycle complet de vente, depuis la prospection téléphonique jusqu'à la signature des contrats, incluant la réalisation de rendez-vous, l'élaboration et le suivi des offres, ainsi que la négociation. Vous conseillerez et accompagnerez les clients dans le choix de leurs solutions, établirez des devis personnalisés et négocierez les contrats de vente.
Stratégie et gestion : En collaboration étroite avec la direction, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise.
Innovation et technologie : Vous serez chargé·e d'explorer et d'intégrer des nouvelles technologies afin d'améliorer nos processus internes et notre offre client.
Suivi après-vente : Vous garantirez un suivi de qualité après-vente pour maintenir une satisfaction élevée et fidéliser la clientèle. Ce suivi inclut l'assistance continue et la réponse aux besoins évolutifs des clients après la conclusion des ventes.
Le profil idéal :
Formation et expérience : Titulaire d'un CFC ou équivalent, avec 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de grands comptes et la planification stratégique au sein d'une entreprise de services.
Compétences clés : Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation, avec une bonne connaissance du marché local. Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et orientée vers les objectifs et les résultats. Pensée systémique développée.
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des outils informatiques avec une volonté de formation continue aux nouvelles technologies. Aisance rédactionnelle.
Atouts supplémentaires : Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais serait un plus. Permis de conduire indispensable (déplacements fréquents).
