The Private Equity Analyst will support the existing team in evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments (small cap). Responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, market research and due diligence. The analyst will also help manage portfolio companies and create performance reports for stakeholders.

Description

  • Investment Analysis: Build financial models, conduct valuations, and create investment memos.
  • Market Research & Due Diligence: analyze industries, assess market trends, and screen potential deals.
  • Transaction Support: Assist with deal structuring, negotiation, and coordination.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and report on portfolio performance, supporting value creation strategies.

Profile

  • Bachelor or Master in Finance, economics or related field
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within an investment bank, corporate finance department or transaction services department of a Big 4
  • Fluent in French and English

Job Offer
