Pour l'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Finance & Controlling Officer en contrat permanent à 100% et basé(e) à Lausanne. La ou le collboateur(trice) rejoindra le département Finance & Controlling de la société.

Finance and Controlling Officer 10% (m / f)

Notre client est une belle structure active dans l'Asset Management et bien implantée en Suisse.

Missions

  • Intégration au sein du département Finance & Controlling ;
  • Etablissement des rapports semestriels et annuels conformément aux dispositions légales et autres normes applicables (Swiss GAAP RPC, AMAS, CAFP, LPP, etc.) ;
  • Rédaction et analyse des rapports mensuels de gestion ;
  • Supervision et consolidation de la comptabilité des mandataires ;
  • Gestion budgétaire (planification, suivi, ajustement) ;
  • Pilotage des liquidités, du taux d'endettelement et du financement ;
  • Calcul de la VNI mensuelle, des ratios KGAST et de ses KPIs ;
  • Entretien des relations avec la banque dépositaire, les mandataires et l'organe de révision ;
  • Etablissement des déclarations fiscales (impôts directs, gains, TVA) ;
  • Contrôle des restructions de placement ;
  • Préparation des factsheets trimestrielles ;
  • Gestion de projets internes et externes ;
  • Pilotage des projets IT (outil métier, ERP comptable, autres);
  • Gestion des prestataires externes (providers et intégrateurs) ;
  • Mise en oeuvre de l'évolution de l'infrastructure IT et de la digitalisation des processus ;
  • Reporting clients et à la Direction ;
  • Formation des nouveaux collaborateurs ;
  • Lien avec les autres départements à l'interne et les autres bureaux du groupe ;
  • Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.

Profil du candidat

  • Formation comptable ou formation académique supérieure (Gestion, Economie, Finance) ;
  • Expérience significative au sein d'un rôle similaire en Finance et Controlling au sein d'une société en Suisse ;
  • Fort intérêt pour le domaine financier ;
  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Maîtrise de la langue anglaise comme un atout ;
  • Très bonnes compétences informatiques et capacité à mener des projets IT ;
  • Bonne maîtrise de la Suite MS Office et des outils comptables ;
  • Méthodique, organisé(e), rigoureux(se) & professionnel(le) ;
  • Disponible rapidement ;
  • Résidence suisse.
