Finance & Controlling industriel

Vos responsabilités:

- Vous agissez en tant que point de contact finance unique du site et reportez directement à la direction générale
- Vous préparez le budget et les prévisions en collaboration avec votre hiérarchie et vous effectuez le suivi
- Vous procédez aux bouclements comptables périodiques et de fin d’année et vous contrôlez avec les autres départements l’intégrité des données comptables dans le système d’information
- Vous êtes responsable de l’analyse des résultats financiers périodiques et vous soutenez la direction générale dans l’analyse des forces et des faiblesses
- Vous améliorez les méthodes de calculs de coûts standards ainsi que les processus de contrôle des coûts pour toute l’unité
- En tant que partenaire finance de l’équipe de management du site de production, vos établissez des rapports périodiques et des analyses ad hoc
- Vous participez à divers projets locaux et suivez les prévisions budgétaires pour chacun de ces projets

Votre profil
- Vous êtes au bénéfice d’un CFC employé de commerce ou d’une formation universitaire en finance d’entreprise/comptabilité/contrôle de gestion ou toute autre formation jugée équivalente
- Vous justifiez de quelques années d’expérience en finance et contrôle de gestion et souhaitez vous spécialiser dans le contrôle de gestion industriel
- Vous avez un très bon niveau en français et en anglais, l’allemand est un atout
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances dans les outils informatiques (notamment la suite Microsoft Office) et vous êtes familiers avec l’utilisation d’ERP (SAP FI/CO un aout)
- Vous êtes une personne qui fait preuve d’un bon sens de l’organisation et qui est orientée solution. Vos bonnes capacités de communication vous permettent de pouvoir travailler dans un environnement multiculturel
