Finance Business Partner

To strengthen our Controlling team, within the Trading and Supply support functions, we are looking for an experienced, proactive and analytical personality. We offer challenging Controlling tasks for our complex energy business, supported by our energetic and highly motivated Finance team and modern tools of Digital Finance.

Please note that this role is available in Lausanne or Olten.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Preparing, checking and commenting the monthly reporting of the activity
- Preparing the budget and year-end forecast with the business
- Acting as the interface between Business and support functions such as Group controlling, IFRS team, Treasury, Taxes, etc.
- Performing cost controlling
- Improving financial products and processes in terms of quality and efficiency
- Developing and improving new reports and key figures
- Supporting business management in solution finding in context of Finance issues
- Providing financial analysis on projects and strategy
- Providing training to business management
- Developing the Standard business Reporting according to Executive Board decisions and business management needs together with Group controlling

**Your Profile**:

- University degree or similar education in Business administration with focus on Controlling/Accounting or related field
- Further education in Controlling, Audit, etc. advantageous
- Relevant professional experience as a Business Controller or Finance Business Partner in Trading environments
- Sound technical experience and strong affinity for tools of digital controlling
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Proactive, service-oriented and punctual, self-reliant and organized with hands-on attitude
- English must be fluent, French or German is also a must depending on the location
