Résumé de la position

En tant que « Sales Representative Out Of Home », votre poste consistera à générer une croissance rentable en se concentrant sur la vente active et d'atteinte des objectifs fixés par la direction. Vous serez également responsable de la gestion autonome du portefeuille clients HORECA, de l'exécution des missions KAM, de la planification efficace des visites, de la fidélisation de la clientèle, du développement d'offres et de concepts, de la gestion budgétaire, de la communication avec les clients et de la participation aux réunions régionales et nationales.

Une journée dans la vie d'un(e) Sales Representative Out Of Home

  • Gérer de manière autonome le portefeuille de clients HORECA ainsi que les dépositaires de la région
  • Exécuter les missions KAM chez les clients définis
  • Développer, accompagner, fidéliser et gérer notre clientèle
  • Réaliser les objectifs définis pour l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et l'élargissement de la gamme de produits chez les clients existants
  • Prendre des décisions en accord avec son chef de vente régional sur d'éventuelles conditions spéciales à accorder aux clients
  • Travaux administratifs liés à la gestion de son territoire et de ses clients

Ce qui fera votre réussite

  • Formation professionnelle dans le commerce ou la gastronomie
  • 2 à 3 ans minimum d'expérience dans un poste similaire (boissons ou agroalimentaire)
  • Bonne connaissances d'Excel, Word, Power Point et SAP
  • Excellent réseau dans la ville de Genève
  • Orienté(e) résultat, réflexion stratégie
  • Faire preuve d'initiatives, d'autonomie et d'habilité à la négociation
  • De langue maternelle française, l'Allemand ou l'Anglais sont un plus
