Notre client est une société internationale de gestion d'investissements spécialisée dans le trading financier. En raison de la croissance continue de l'entreprise et de l'évolution de son infrastructure informatique, ils recherchent un(e) Senior IT Support pour rejoindre leur équipe technique.

Senior IT Support - Investment Management

 

Responsabilités :

En tant que Senior IT Support, vous serez un acteur clé du maintien et de l'amélioration de l'infrastructure informatique de l'entreprise. Vous aurez pour principales missions :

  • Fournir un support technique de niveau 2 et 3 pour les utilisateurs internes, notamment les traders et les équipes d'investissement.
  • Assurer la gestion et le suivi des incidents IT, des demandes de support et des tickets d'assistance dans un environnement Windows et macOS.
  • Gérer, configurer et dépanner les systèmes de messagerie, les applications de trading, les serveurs et les équipements réseaux.
  • Participer aux projets d'évolution de l'infrastructure IT, notamment les migrations, les déploiements et la mise en œuvre de nouvelles technologies.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de sécurité informatique pour garantir la conformité des systèmes avec les normes de sécurité et réglementaires du secteur financier.
  • Proposer des améliorations pour l'optimisation des processus et des systèmes IT.
Profil recherché :
  • Formation : Bachelor en informatique ou équivalent.
  • Expérience : Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans une entreprise de gestion d'investissements ou dans le secteur financier.
  • Compétences techniques :
    • Maîtrise des environnements Windows Server et Active Directory.
    • Expérience en support de solutions de messagerie (Exchange, Outlook).
    • Bonne connaissance des systèmes de gestion des incidents (ServiceNow ou similaire).
    • Expérience avec les outils de monitoring réseau et de gestion des configurations (LAN/WAN, firewalls).
    • Familiarité avec les plateformes de trading et les applications financières est un atout.
    • Bonne compréhension des principes de sécurité informatique dans un environnement réglementé.
  • Langues : Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du Français
  • Compétences personnelles : Fortes aptitudes à résoudre des problèmes, autonomie, capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement exigeant et en évolution rapide.
