Dans le cadre d’une création de poste, nous recherchons pour l’un de nos clients, un Family Office basé à Genève un.e IT Infrastructure Support Specialist @ 80 – 100%. Afin d’accompagner sa croissance, cette structure souhaite internaliser son service informatique avec un profil dédié sachant travailler de façon autonome dans le but d’améliorer un environnement en pleine évolution. Vous serez le point de contact unique et direct pour toutes les requêtes des utilisateurs.

IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

A l’aise dans les contacts, vous conseillez la direction générale sur les orientations informatiques garantissant un niveau de sécurité informatique élevé. De plus, vous assurez un support opérationnel quotidien, ainsi que le suivi du service délivré par nos prestataires externes.

Doté·e d’une bonne capacité d’analyse et de négociation, vous évaluez, challengez et négociez les offres reçues des différents fournisseurs et lors d’éventuels appels d’offre, vous établissez leur cahier des charges.

Ainsi vous participez à différents projets, notamment :

  • Mettre en place une infrastructure et assurer la maintenance pour la société et également pour l’ensemble des bâtiments, multilocataires (concept IT, sécurité, vidéo-surveillance, badge, local IT, data center, etc)
  • Analyser et résoudre les incidents (niveaux 1,2,3)
  • Gérer l’exploitation des profils informatiques et les droits d’accès
  • Assurer la mise en place d’un système de GED et définir les processus
  • Mettre en place et automatiser des Reporting, ETL (Extract, Transform & Load), Datawarehouse
  • Gérer les flux de fichier SFTP
  • Former et sensibiliser les utilisateurs aux « best practices » et à la sécurité informatique
  • Coordonner les interventions avec les différents prestataires
  • Participer à la gestion de nouveaux projets

Votre profil

  • +5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire (en toute autonomie)
  • Sachant intervenir sur différents niveaux (infrastructure, poste de travail et conseils)
  • Connaissance approfondie des meilleures pratiques en matière de cybersécurité
  • Expérience en gestion de projets IT et en implémentation de solutions techniques complexes
  • Parfaite maîtrise des produits Microsoft (Windows 10, Office 365) et Apple (macOS, iOS)
  • Excellentes connaissances des infrastructures systèmes & réseaux (Active Directory, TCP/IP, antivirus, accès distants etc.)
  • Niveau C2 en français et minimum C1 en anglais

Rigoureux(se), méthodique, discret(e), proactif(ve), flexible, possédant un bon sens de l’écoute, une excellente communication ainsi qu’une forte orientation client.
