Du überwachst das Einhalten der gesetzlichen Vorgaben für die staatsrechnungsrelevanten Anwendungen im BIT und passt das Kontrolldesign an. Du kümmerst dich darum, dass unsere innerbetrieblichen Abläufe und Prozesse gemäss den gültigen Vorschriften und Gesetzen erfolgen, schulst Kontrollverantwortliche/-durchführende und koordinierst in- und externe Audits. Bei uns erhältst du die Chance, die Compliance zu verbessern und dich mit den neuesten themenbezogenen Herausforderungen auseinanderzusetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Prozesse und Kontrollsystem des BIT prüfen und systematisch sowie fachgerecht beurteilen (Compliance Auditing)
  • Einhalten von geltenden Vorgaben/Gesetzen prüfen mit Fokus auf ITGC nach ISAE 3402
  • Kader und Mitarbeitende beim Entwickeln von internen Kontrollen beraten
  • Mitarbeitende schulen
  • Koordination/Reporting von internen Kontrollen sicherstellen

Dein Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Informatik, Compliance oder vergleichbarer Abschluss; Quereinstieg aus Richtung Public Governance oder mit beruflicher Auditerfahrung möglich; Weiterbildung in der Security-Domäne (z. B. CISA, CRISC, CAS/MAS Compliance) ist von Vorteil
  • Berufspraxis im Bereich von IT-Audits oder motiviert Wissen in diesem Bereich anzueignen
  • Engagiert und offen; fähig, vernetzt zu denken und komplexe Zusammenhänge vereinfacht darzustellen
  • Gewandte und adressatengerechte Kommunikations-/Ausdrucksfähigkeit sowie versierter Umgang mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Gute Kenntnisse einer Amtssprache, Kenntnisse einer zweiten und gute Englischkenntnisse
