In dieser anspruchsvollen Position, die umfassende Erfahrung voraussetzt, sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, den Einkaufsprozess strategisch zu planen und operativ perfekt umzusetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sie sind für die Planung und Durchführung des gesamten Einkaufs von allen Fertigprodukten aus der (extern durchgeführten) Produktion verantwortlich und kaufen daneben auch teilweise Packmittel in Absprache mit QA, dem Product Management und dem externen Hersteller ein;
• Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf, indem Sie federführend den rollierenden Forecast planen, Einkaufspreise im Rahmen einer transparenten Kalkulation definieren und davon ausgehend Produktionsaufträge starten und überwachen, damit es zu keinen Out-of-stock-Situationen und keinen Überbeständen kommt;
• Sie koordinieren die Warenabholungen bei unserem Hersteller bzw. die Anlieferung von beigestellten Packmitteln und stehen dafür täglich in Kontakt mit den Ansprechpartnern unseres externen Herstellers, Lagers sowie internen Stellen;
• Sie pflegen die Materialstamm-Daten und informieren intern sämtliche Stellen zuverlässig und organisiert über die Warenverfügbarkeit.

Unsere Erwartungen

• Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise mit zusätzlicher Weiterbildung kombiniert mit starken organisatorischen Fähigkeiten;
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Bedarfsplanung/Einkauf (und damit die Fähigkeit, den Planungs- und Einkaufsprozess aktiv zu gestalten);
• Kommunikative, durchsetzungsstarke/verhandlungssichere Persönlichkeit, die an dieser für unser Unternehmen zentralen Stelle selbständig agiert, plant und termingerecht umsetzt;
• Bewährter, lösungsorientierter Teamplayer, der bereit ist, in einem kleinen, motivierten Team zu arbeiten und schnell und pragmatisch zur nachhaltigen Optimierung des Einkaufs von Ultrasun beitragen kann und will;
• Exakte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise;
• Starke SAP- und Excel-Erfahrung für eine zügige Arbeitsweise;
• Einwandfreie, fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift).
