About the job

YOUR MISSION

  • In charge of the creation of an accurate short/mid and longterm forecast for local DACH partners, and main brands/ innovations
  • Responsible for the weekly forecast update and maintenance of the systems, as well as the monthly Global Planning system (GPS) including presentation to top management
  • Understand business and demand levers to manage adhoc requests and drive operational topics as well as strategic analysis
  • Continuous improvement of the existing GPS process & tools to bring them to next maturity level
  • Close relationship with Sales, Marketing and Finance and lively exchange within the supply chain cluster
  • Depending on the level of experience you have, you lead a V.I.E (direct report)
Start is May 2023 in Zürich limited until March 2024.

About you

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • University degree in Business Administration
  • At least 5 years work experience in relevant field
  • 2 years or more practical experience in Planning, ideally skilled in GPS or S&OP processes
  • Highly analytical and data driven without losing big picture
  • Strong communication skills and ability to easily connect with others
  • Proactive, challenging mindset and easy to adapt to continuous change
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, German as a plus
