Infrastructure Security

Location: Zurich area (Urdorf or Geneva)

• Assess and harden the security of virtual machines, including Debian and Windows systems.
• Implement security best practices for system configurations, hardening and patch management.
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments and execute remediation efforts.
• Create and update security configurations and procedures for infrastructure components.
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure for security incidents and coordinate with the Incident Response Coordinator.
• Deploy and configure secure infrastructure components in collaboration with system engineers and operations teams.
• Secure and manage Kubernetes clusters within our infrastructure.
• Stay current on emerging threats and vulnerabilities relevant to infrastructure components.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure security or system administration with a security focus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux security best practices.
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes (k8s) and container orchestration.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools and techniques.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Passion for out-of-the-box thinking to design custom solutions for challenges faced.
• Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Innovative mindset and passion for developing impactful eHealth solutions.
• English is required.
• German or French is a plus.
