Als Commercial Controller arbeitest du eng mit der Geschäftsführung, dem Marketing und dem Vertrieb zusammen, um Geschäftsentscheidungen finanziell zu begleiten und die finanzielle Stabilität unseres Business in der Schweiz sicherzustellen. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt hier der Marke Eucerin. Als Business Partner übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Prognose & Steuerung zentraler Positionen der Ergebnisrechnung und setzt dich für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse der Geschäftssteuerung ein. In dieser Rolle berichtest du an den Finance Manager Schweiz und arbeitest in einem Netzwerk aus Finanzkollegen auf lokaler, regionaler und globaler Ebene.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Pro-aktives Finance Business Partnering für die Geschäftsführung Schweiz, u.a. mit Fokus auf das Derma Geschäft
* Entscheidungsunterstützung durch fundierte Analysen zu Produkten, Kunden und Wettbewerbern sowie die Durchführung von Business Reviews und Performanceanalysen
* Steuerung der Planungs- und Forecastingprozesse
* Sicherstellung der finanziellen Stabilität durch Monitoring & Steuerung der Ergebnisrechnung
* Steuerung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Accounting Team
Ausbau von Best Practices im engen Austausch mit den Business Partnern und der Finance Community

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebs- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Finanzen/Controlling
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling und Finanzen mit Erfahrung in der GuV-Steuerung
* Proaktiver Teamplayer mit guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit
* Ausgeprägte Business Partner und "Hands-on" Mentalität
* Ausgeprägte analytische & konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
* Fundierte MS-Office-, BI und SAP-Kenntnisse
* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
