What are we looking for? A dynamic Business Developer with a strong track record in Machine Vision, seeking for a great opportunity to sale, develop and manage our Machine Vison products mainly in the DACH region. How to be successful in this position? You identify, analyse and develop new business opportunities in DACH region for our Machine Vison segment. Through sales actions and methodology, you achieve ambitious objectives. You meet new clients, present and perform them product demos. Your knowledge of the industry and its players allows you raise opportunities, shorten the sales cycle and close deals. You maintain a strong and successful relationships with clients in order to understand and anticipate their future needs and requirements. You will collaborate with the team to evaluate current sales performance and maximize business reach and potential. What do you need to be instrumental in this role? You have an entrepreneur and sales hunter mindset with excellent communication skills. You have more than 5 years of experience in the Machine vision field (optics, lighting, computer vision, automation, cameras, 3D sensors). You have an excellent ability to organise and coordinate sales initiatives in a fast pace environment. German or Swiss German is your mother tongue and you have a very good command either in French or English, written and spoken, at a negotiating level. What DNA profile is expected? A proactive and self-motivated mindset. An autonomous and team-oriented personality, with excellent communication skills. What can you expect from us?
