Missions Principales :

 

Gestion des Opérations d'Expédition (Flux entrants et sortants de l’entreprise):

Superviser toutes les activités d'expédition, y compris le transport international et national des produits.

Planifier et coordonner les expéditions avec les différents transporteurs.

Assurer la traçabilité des produits tout au long de la chaîne logistique.

Garantir l'emballage, la documentation et l'étiquetage conformes aux standards de qualité de l'entreprise et aux régulations locales et internationales.

Résoudre les problèmes logistiques ou de transport (retards, incidents, litiges).

Gestion du Stock POSM / PLV / EVENT et supervision des inventaires tournants.

 

Relations avec les Transporteurs et Partenaires Logistiques :

Sélectionner, négocier et gérer les contrats avec les transporteurs et les prestataires de services logistiques.

Suivre les performances des partenaires externes (délais, coûts, incidents) et établir des plans d'amélioration si nécessaire.

Négocier les conditions et les tarifs d’expédition pour optimiser les coûts de transport.

 

Optimisation des Processus :

Identifier et implémenter des stratégies d'optimisation des coûts tout en maintenant des niveaux de service élevés.

Travailler à l'amélioration continue des processus d'expédition, en collaborant avec les autres départements (production, vente, service client) pour assurer une fluidité maximale dans la chaîne logistique.

Assurer la mise en place et l’animation des indicateurs pour le département (KPI).

 

Respect des Normes et Réglementations :

Assurer la conformité des opérations avec les réglementations douanières, fiscales, et les normes de sécurité internationales (ex. Incoterms, Réglementations IATA/IMDG).

Gérer les formalités douanières et veiller à ce que toutes les autorisations d'exportation/importation soient en règle.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gestion Équipe :

Encadrer et former l'équipe de shipping, composée de logisticiens et d'agents de shipping.

Assurer le développement des compétences des membres de l’équipe et leur montée en performance. Mise en place de KPI individuels en lien avec les objectifs de l’entreprise et du département.

Créer un environnement de travail collaboratif et motivant.

 

Coordination avec les autres départements :

Collaborer avec les équipes de production pour planifier les envois en fonction des volumes de production.

Travailler étroitement avec les départements commerciaux pour anticiper les besoins des clients et gérer les priorités d’expédition.

 

Profil Recherché

Formation : Bac 5 en Logistique, Supply Chain, Commerce International, ou équivalent.

Expérience : Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans une industrie manufacturière ou de luxe avec une forte composante internationale.

Compétences Techniques :

Maîtrise des processus d'expédition internationaux (transport maritime, aérien, routier et ferroviaire).

Connaissance approfondie des normes douanières et réglementaires (Incoterms, restrictions à l’export, règles de sécurité).

Expérience en gestion de partenaires logistiques et transporteurs.

Capacité à utiliser des outils logiciels de gestion de la logistique (ERP, TMS).

Solide expérience dans la gestion des stocks et inventaires.

Compétences Comportementales :

Solides compétences en leadership et en gestion d’équipe.

Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation.

Sens de l’organisation et aptitude à travailler sous pression.

Esprit analytique et orientation vers l'amélioration continue.

Vous êtes assertif et fort de propositions face aux différents défis qui s’offrent à vous.

Langues : Bilingue français et de l'anglais
