Develop from scratch, build up and execute talent acquisition strategies in line with the company's growth plans Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and strategise to fill open roles Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders whilst creating a robust talent pipeline Employ innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates Oversee the entire recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience Monitor key recruitment metrics and use data to inform future recruitment strategies Collaborate with the wider Human Resources team on various strategic initiatives Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices The Successful Applicant A successful Talent Acquisition Partner should have: A degree in Human Resources or a related field Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner role Experience of Managing a small team Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Good understanding and use of Social Media Data centric/ good analytics A strong understanding of recruitment practices and trends The ability to strategise and execute comprehensive recruitment plans A solutions-focused attitude and the ability to work well under pressure What's on Offer Temporary contract until the end of the year.
