Le candidat doit avoir une bonne comprehension du sequencage NGS ainsi qu’une bonne connaissance de logiciels de gestion d’entreprise et de projet.

Pour renforcer notre équipe commerciale, nous cherchons un talent de vente et commercialisation en tant que:

NGS Sales Manager 100%

Background:

  • Profil scientifique, qui a idéalement travaillé avec du séquençage NGS
  • Formation ou expérience complémentaire de vente, de commercialisation ou en économie nécessaire
  • Poste à 100% basé à Plan-les-Ouates, Genève
  • Langues : Français et Anglais au minimum, idéalement trilingue avec l'Allemand
  • Capable de motiver avec enthousiasme des équipes commerciales et de production
  • Être à l’écoute des clients et apporter une réponse rapide, précise et adéquate
  • Communicatif et apprécie être en contact avec les clients pour les conseiller et leurs donner envie de faire appel à nos services
  • Connaissance de logiciels de gestion d’entreprise, de projet et de données tels que Salesforce, PowerBI, Asana, Abacus, etc

Tâches:

  • Acquisition de nouveaux clients en suivant un plan stratégique
  • Service aux clients existants, en Suisse et à l'international
  • Max 20% sur le terrain, en Suisse et à l'international, pour rendre visite aux clients ainsi que pour des congrès
  • Point de contact unique pour les gros clients afin de répondre efficacement à leurs demandes et leur offrir un service personnalisé
  • Travailler en réseau avec tous les départements internes
  • Veille du marché, suivi des tendances, proposition de projets internes d'innovation et de rénovation

  • Entreprise de pointe offrant des services de séquençage à très haut-débit et de bio-informatique à des chercheurs du monde entier, ainsi que biotech et pharma
