We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Internal Audit Graduate Talent Program.
You’ll get to:
- Learn how to detect when things might have gone wrong and help strengthen and safeguard UBS.
- Review our businesses, processes, and products to understand how they work.
- Learn the governance and controls in place to prevent errors or losses.
- Support in conducting general technology audits and technology application reviews.
- Analyze and assess technology risks.
- Identify and evaluate the effectiveness of controls to mitigate technology risks.
- Review and assess IT general controls next to application technology controls.
- Prepare reports of audit findings for UBS senior management.
- Support Audit Quality Leads to prepare reports of audit findings for UBS senior management.
You’ll be working in Group Internal Audit, a team of more than 600 professionals working in 21 offices in 15 locations. We’re responsible for assessing processes, governance, risk management, and controls in all business divisions to identify where we need to better manage risk. You’ll join a team responsible for audit coverage within the Business-aligned Technology divisions.
Your expertiseWe’re looking for a candidate who:
- Has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date.
- Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
- Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
- Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
