Base pay range Direct message the job poster from MA (Montreal Associates) Salesforce Solution Engineer 120.000 - 140.000 CHF We are working with a renowned Salesforce Partner who are looking for a Salesforce Solution Engineer who will play a key role in shaping technical solutions during the pre‑sales process and help translate business requirements into effective Salesforce implementations. Responsibilities Pre‑sales and client engagement – work with Sales and Senior colleagues to support discovery sessions, scope definition and proposal development. Build and deliver compelling demos and solutions tailored to client needs and requirements. Translate business challenges into Salesforce solutions with clear proposition values. Help lead Solution Architecture, data modelling and system design across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, NPC etc.). Configure Salesforce using native tools. Guide clients on platform implementations and capabilities and provide hands‑on support during delivery, UAT and go‑live. Requirements 3+ years experience in Salesforce consulting ideally with experience of pre‑sales process, or working as a Solution Engineer. Knowledge of solution design principles and experience working on multi‑cloud projects. Salesforce Certifications required. Business fluent German and English.
