Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Desk side Support Technician located in Switzerland. The Desk side Support Technician will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, information technology tasks, software support, and effective communication with end users.

Qualifications

  1. Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  2. Information Technology and Software knowledge
  3. Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
  4. Understanding of structured cabling installations
  5. Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  7. Previous experience in desk side support roles
