Im Zusammenhang mit einer Pensionierung suchen wir eine(n) erfahrene(n) Director of Production, der/die dank seiner/ihrer strategischen Vision, analytischen Fähigkeiten und technischen Expertise unsere Produktionsprozesse optimiert und unser Streben nach Exzellenz in Bezug auf Qualität und Effizienz vorantreibt. Mit seinem/ihrem Team von 180 Mitarbeitenden stellt der/die Director of Production die Produktion von Uhren-, Medizin- und Industriekomponenten sicher, die hauptsächlich aus Edelmetallen und Titan bestehen und von der Giesserei bis hin zur Oberflächenbehandlung und Fertigung reichen.

  1. Organisation und Steuerung der Produktion, um eine leistungsfähige Fertigung in Bezug auf Qualität, Zeit und Effizienz für grosse und kleine Serien zu gewährleisten.
  2. Festlegung und Umsetzung der Ziele und des Budgets für die Produktion.
  3. Betreuung und Führung der Teams als vorbildlicher Leader, der sowohl das Team als auch das gesamte Unternehmen inspiriert.
  4. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen bei der Entwicklung und Anpassung von Fertigungsmethoden, wodurch die Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten gewährleistet wird.
  5. Erarbeitung von Plänen zur Verbesserung der Produktion mit dem Ziel der operativen Exzellenz.
  6. Aktives Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung.

Das bringst du mit
  1. Hochschulabschluss auf FH-, ETH-Niveau im Bereich Mechanik oder Mikrotechnik (oder eine andere gleichwertige Ausbildung), idealerweise ergänzt durch weitere Ausbildungen im Bereich Lean Management, 5S.
  2. Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion in einem Industrieunternehmen im Bereich Medizintechnik und/oder Uhrenindustrie.
  3. Natürliche Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Managementfähigkeiten, die durch einschlägige Berufserfahrung bestätigt werden.
  4. Deutsche und/oder französische Muttersprache mit guten Kenntnissen der jeweils anderen Sprache (mündlich und schriftlich).
  5. Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die in der Lage ist, Teams zusammenzuführen, zu kommunizieren und zu motivieren.
  6. Erfahrung/Kenntnisse im Bereich Fräsen und Drehen.
  7. Sicherer Umgang mit einem ERP-System (SAP von Vorteil) und der Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Organisiert, methodisch, proaktiv und autonom - im Alltag und bei der Entscheidungsfindung.
