En lien avec un départ à la retraite, nous recherchons un(e) Director of Production expérimenté(e), qui, grâce à sa vision stratégique, son sens analytique et son expertise technique, optimisera nos processus de production et fera progresser notre quête d’excellence en matière de qualité et d’efficacité. Avec son équipe de 180 personnes, le(la) Director of Production assure la production de composants horloger, médicaux et industriels, principalement en métaux précieux et titane, allant de la fonderie au traitement de surface en passant par l’usinage.

Tes tâches
  • Organisation et pilotage de la production pour garantir une fabrication performante en termes de qualité, de délais et d’efficience pour de grandes et petites séries.
  • Définition et mise en œuvre des objectifs et du budget de production.
  • Encadrement et gestion des équipes, leader exemplaire envers ses équipes ainsi que l’ensemble de l’entreprise.
  • Elaboration de plans d’amélioration de la production dans un objectif d’excellence opérationnelle.
  • Collaboration étroite avec les autres départements pour développer et adapter des méthodes de fabrication, garantissant ainsi le respect de la qualité, des délais et des coûts.
  • Membre actif du comité de direction de l’entreprise.

Tes compétences
  • Formation niveau HES, EPF dans le domaine mécanique ou microtechnique (ou autre formation équivalente), idéalement complétée par d'autres formations dans le domaine du Lean management, 5S.
  • Expérience dans une fonction similaire au sein d'une entreprise industrielle dans le secteur médical et/ou horloger.
  • Leadership naturel, avec une capacité de gestion confirmée par une expérience professionnelle pertinente.
  • Langue maternelle française et/ou allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue (à l'oral et à l'écrit).
  • Personnalité orientée client et solutions, capable de fédérer, de communiquer et de motiver ses équipes.
  • Expérience/connaissance du domaine du fraisage et du décolletage.
  • Maîtrise d'un système ERP (SAP est un avantage) et du pack Office.
  • Organisé(e), méthodique, proactif(ve) et autonome - au quotidien et dans la prise de décision.
