For our customer located in Zurich/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

  • Duration: 7 months (extension possible)
  • Workload: 80%

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Track, analyze, and optimize existing campaign performance using analytics tools and customer journey insights.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end campaigns across web channels including email and SMS ensuring alignment with eCommerce objectives.
  • Conduct detailed end-to-end testing to ensure seamless customer experiences across channels and troubleshoot any technical, content and communications issues.
Must Haves
  • Experience with eCommerce: Understanding of eCommerce flows, sales funnels to implement effective campaigns.
  • Understanding of campaign tracking (Google Analytics 4 GA4), user behavior insights, and A/B testing.
  • Proficient in tools like Customer.io Platform: Automation, Data, Content Creation for building, automating, and tracking email and SMS campaigns.
  • Experience managing cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, website) and tracking results for optimization.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Experience interpreting data and analytics from multiple sources to refine campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Skill in identifying and resolving issues related to campaign deployment and customer experience in a digital environment.
  • Project Coordination: Ability to manage timelines, collaborate across departments, and ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Proficient in German and English.
Nice to Haves
  • Skilled at using Contentsquare or similar for in-depth analysis of digital interactions and optimizing customer journeys.
  • Ability to update and manage web content to ensure consistency with campaign messaging using CMS tools.
  • All other languages are a bonus.
