SAP Project Manager

  • Support the end-to-end SAP PMC contract renewal, collaborating with procurement and other departments
  • Lead the transition of SAP Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) from the current Managed Services Provider (MSP) to a new provider through a structured RFP process
  • Define, document, and communicate service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the new MSP
  • Support vendor evaluation, selection, and negotiation processes, collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and alignment with strategic goals
  • Oversee onboarding of the new MSP and offboarding of the current one, ensuring knowledge transfer, compliance, and operational continuity
  • Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth integration with AWS and compliance with IT security
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to gather requirements, assess existing license utilization, and ensure proper alignment with future roadmap and budget
  • You have an engineering or information technology degree, or equivalent
  • In-depth experience in IT project management, including SAP PMC renewal process
  • Project management certification, classical and/or agile i.e. PMP, Scrum Master etc.
  • Proven experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage MSP transitions through RFP processes with Infrastructure running on AWS
  • Strong understanding of RFP processes, procurement, and onboarding workflows for applications
  • Experience in the energy and/or trading industry advantageous
  • Proficient in English, additionally German and/or French advantageous
