Senior IT Program Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and ensuring the successful delivery of an Application Modernisation Project.
- Develop roadmaps, project charters, and detailed delivery plans.
- Initiate project setup and manage them through phase gates.
- Coordinate and deliver projects on time, within budget, and in scope, owning the full project life cycle from initiation to delivery.
- Motivate the team and create a positive project atmosphere to achieve the deliverables.
- Provide status reporting on all project dimensions to sponsors, steering committees, and stakeholders.
- Manage project changes, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Work closely with diverse teams and departments to deliver on IT solutions for business.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record leading IT Projects with a large number of stakeholders and applications concerned.
- IT project management experience with experience of leading large scale cloud modernization projects.
- Experienced in both classical and agile management & delivery methodologies, be pragmatic and keenly focused on delivery.
- Experience with software evaluation processes (RFP, Solution selection, collaboration with procurement, Security checks – generally Application Onboarding Process).
- Deep knowledge of Cloud technologies, in particular AWS.
- Experience in the energy and/or trading industry would be a plus.
- Engineering or information technology degree, or equivalent.
- Proficient in English; additionally, German and/or French would be a plus.
