Senior IT Portfolio Manager

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior IT Portfolio Manager to join our team at Coopers Group AG. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
About the Role:
- Support project managers in day-to-day project management activities, including coordinating meetings, developing project charters, resourcing and financial planning.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure projects meet scope, time, budget, and quality requirements.
- Initiate project setup and support through phase gate reviews.
- Manage compliance to standards and processes.
- Report on team and project-related matters.
- Work with various stakeholders to drive the adoption of project management guidelines, standards, KPIs, and processes across the organization.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An engineering or information technology degree, or equivalent proven practical experience.
- ~3+ years of IT project management experience.
- Substantial experience and expertise in supporting or leading teams through IT project delivery.
- Project management certification is a strong plus.
- Good knowledge of agile methodologies and tools, and the software development lifecycle.
- Proficient in English, additionally German and/or French would be a plus.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
