At Camptocamp, we're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Professional to join our growing corporate marketing and communication team in Munich or Olten.

We're a Swiss service company founded in and, one of Europe's leading companies in the development and integration of Open Source software. Our expertise spans Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) with Odoo, IT management systems, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in marketing, preferably in the IT industry, with experience in SEO, Google Analytics, content creation, and social media channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Xing.

A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in marketing. You should be proficient in German and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Job Description

This full-time position offers a motivating, modern, and constantly evolving working environment, with a culture of openness that encourages initiative. As a Senior Marketing Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for the Camptocamp Group, including its head office in Switzerland and branches in Switzerland, France, and Germany.
  • Implementing and controlling an annual marketing plan.
  • Managing Camptocamp's website, including content publication, SEO, and social media profiles in close cooperation with our graphic designer and communication manager.
  • Overseeing Google AdWords marketing, including budget and activities.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Performing organisational tasks in day-to-day business, such as research, obtaining quotes, ordering marketing material, media bookings, invoice control, etc.
  • Planning and organisation of customer events and trade show appearances.
  • Administering marketing materials and trade fair equipment.
  • Coordinating marketing activities with vendors like Red Hat, Suse, Odoo, etc.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and improve the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, content creation, and common social media channels.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence in marketing and content management systems (CMS).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
