Key Responsibilities:- Foster a strong compliance culture throughout the organization
- Design, maintain, and improve the Compliance Management System
- Manage algorithmic trading frameworks
- Implement trade compliance communication programs and trainings
- Investigate potential breaches of financial and market integrity rules
- Manage regulatory inquiries and investigations
- Ensure ongoing trade compliance monitoring and reporting
- University degree or professional qualification in law, economics, or relevant field
- Several years of experience in trade compliance in an international company, preferably in wholesale energy
- Leadership experience and senior stakeholder management
- Profound knowledge of Europe-wide best practice standards in trade compliance
- Understanding of the energy industry, particularly power
