About Our Client

We are searching for an International Coordinator in our client's Payrolling team. This is a temporary position of minimum 10 months, starting in February or March. This is a 100% position.

Job Description

Your role will consist of coordinating the payroll activities for several countries.

  1. Coordinate payroll with payroll providers of different countries and with HR.
  2. Contact with employees from different countries (cultures), payroll providers, and HR.
  3. Verify and track non-technical payroll information (changes, including new hires, terminations, bonuses, etc).
  4. Review and oversee the work of external payroll providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  5. Manage the Payroll mailbox, providing timely responses to queries from employees, HR, and payroll providers, or directing them to the appropriate colleagues.
  6. Work with payroll providers and HR to streamline and enhance process efficiencies.
  7. Support and drive the execution of various projects.

The Successful Applicant

- Confirmed experience in Administrative Coordination in an international environment.
- Previous experience in Payroll and/or in HR or finance is NOT required.
- Excellent ability to coordinate, follow up, and track activities and information.
- Strong ability to communicate with people, drive people, and build relationships.
- High organizational competencies, methodical and structured personality.
- Fluency/proficiency in English and other European languages such as French, German, or Italian are assets.
- Ability to work with people from different cultures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and experience with ERP and office tools.
