Fashion Events & Experiences Intern

You will be the support of the Events & Experiences Junior Project Manager in the Fashion Swiss Markets Region (Switzerland, Latin America & India), to orchestrate extraordinary experiences for different segments of clients, to continually surprise and delight our clients and reinforce CHANEL’s authority as a luxury leader.

MISSIONS
Your role will mainly be to:
  1. Support communications with Global team & Local markets team
  2. Support targeting & analysis around impact of events & experiences before and after

Split into 2 main topics:
EVENTS
  1. Supporting markets in facilities organization and all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
  2. Document post-event feedback consolidation to understand areas of success and improvement
  3. Competitive monitoring consolidation (reporting, insights sharing)

EXPERIENCES
  1. Smooth co-ordination of the logistics for each Experience with strong attention to detail and reactivity, including but not limited to invitation management, gifting preparations, and booking management.
  2. Post-experience feedbacks consolidation to understand our impact and maximize improvements

YOUR PROFILE
Student from a Business School or University (Master level), you have a first successful experience in the Luxury sector or in Events.

You have a strong interest in Fashion & Luxury sector.

Your responsiveness and reliability combined with your sense of detail and strong organizational skills will be essential assets to carry out your missions.

You speak English fluently.

  • Durée : 6 mois
  • Jours travaillés : 5 jours par semaine du lundi au vendredi
  • Lieu : Genève
