Fashion Events & Experiences Intern

You will support the Events & Experiences Junior Project Manager in the Fashion Swiss Markets Region (Switzerland, Latin America & India) to orchestrate extraordinary experiences for different segments of clients, continually surprising and delighting them while reinforcing CHANEL’s authority as a luxury leader.

MISSIONS

Your role will mainly be to:

  1. Support communications with the Global team & Local markets team.

  2. Support targeting & analysis around the impact of events & experiences before and after.

Split into 2 main topics:

EVENTS

  1. Support markets in facilities organization and all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc.

  2. Document post-event feedback consolidation to understand areas of success and improvement.

  3. Competitive monitoring consolidation (reporting, insights sharing).

EXPERIENCES

  1. Smooth coordination of logistics for each Experience with strong attention to detail and reactivity, including but not limited to invitation management, gifting preparations, and booking management.

  2. Post-experience feedback consolidation to understand our impact and maximize improvements.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a student from a Business School or University (Master level) with a successful first experience in the Luxury sector or in Events.

You have a strong interest in the Fashion & Luxury sector.

Your responsiveness and reliability combined with your sense of detail and strong organizational skills will be essential assets to carry out your missions.

You speak English fluently.

  • Contract: Full-time internship (100%)

  • Start: July 1, 2025 to January 9, 2026

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Working days: 5 days a week from Monday to Friday

  • Location: Geneva

A convention of internship is mandatory for this position
