Fashion Events & Experiences Intern

You will be the support of the Events & Experiences Junior Project Manager in the Fashion Swiss Markets Region (Switzerland, Latin America & India), to orchestrate extraordinary experiences for different segments of clients, to continually surprise and delight our clients and reinforce CHANEL’s authority as a luxury leader.

MISSIONS

Your role will mainly be to:

  1. Support communications with Global team & Local markets team
  2. Support targeting & analysis around the impact of events & experiences before and after
  3. Assist in organizing facilities and all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invite list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc.
  4. Document post-event feedback consolidation to understand areas of success and improvement
  5. Conduct competitive monitoring consolidation (reporting, insights sharing)
  6. Ensure smooth coordination of logistics for each experience with strong attention to detail and reactivity, including but not limited to invitation management, gifting preparations, and booking management
  7. Consolidate post-experience feedback to understand our impact and maximize improvements
YOUR PROFILE

You are a student from a Business School or University (Master level) with a successful first experience in the Luxury sector or in Events.

You have a strong interest in the Fashion & Luxury sector.

Your responsiveness and reliability combined with your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential assets to carry out your missions.

You speak English fluently.
