Regional Security Operations Manager (m/f/d) Join to apply for the Regional Security Operations Manager (m/f/d) role at NTT Global Data Centers As our Regional Security Operations Manager (m/f/d) you will provide functional expertise, leadership, and guidance to regional & local site management. You will fully manage external security provider(s) or internal security personnel and are in charge and fully accountable for the day‑by‑day security operation within the assigned region. Area of Responsibility is the EMEA Region South, which includes Data Center locations in Vienna, Munich and Zurich. What you will do Be responsible for general Data Center Security Operation Assists in or leads security projects Training of security staff Security Process development, design, and implementation Coordination of customer specific security demands/requests Support of internal/external audits Support and advice during construction/tenant fit‑out Support site personnel during incidents and act as an escalation point where necessary Support Sales and Customer Management with customer requests and attend meetings where necessary Tactical & strategic management of external security vendors Work closely alongside other regional and central Security counterparts to develop, maintain and improve the operational standards Play an integral role in the regional team and provide support and statistics to colleagues to help identify trends and implement improvement plans Develops a positive team culture through achievement of results, teamwork, development, accountability, competency and professionalism Oversee arrangements between internal departments to ensure that all security aspects are correctly transitioned from a project’s construction phase to a live facility What we are looking for Several years of experience in the security industry, ideally within Data Center Security and/or critical infrastructure, corporate security Ability to effectively communicate in English (both written and verbal).
