Job DescriptionThe Security Team Manager: serves as the day-to-day manager of a site security teamis responsible for building a cohesive, well-trained, and high performing security teamclient service and problem resolution, service enhancement, security operations center (SOC) systems maintenance, audit compliance, system monitoring, log maintenance, and access rights maintenancereports directly to the campus security manager, works alongside other security team managers in their campus, and manages other security personnel at their site.QualificationsYour Skills:Takes ownershipInterpersonal & organisational savvyLeads by exampleExpects excellenceBuilds high performing teamsEffective communicationYour Profile:Strong leadershipDemonstrated experience leading a teamDemonstrated experience working in a client facing roleGood stakeholder managementSomeone with a good security backgroundGood English - written & verbalStrong computer / IT skills (inc.
