Full job descriptionSenior Audience Growth ManagerAs the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world, we lead the way in the sport and event industry.

These are your key tasks:
- Develop and implement strategies for FIFA’s owned and operated platform and Social Media handles to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Drive revenue growth through diverse digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEA, SEM & ASO, social media, and content marketing.
- Develop and execute monetization strategies for digital platforms.
- Coordinate social media efforts to enhance relevance and engagement.
- Define and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies, including planning, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Develop and implement push notification campaigns to boost engagement and retention.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize audience growth strategies and campaign performance via evidence-based content planning.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on audience growth and engagement
- Proven track record in driving audience growth and revenue through digital marketing channels
- Strong understanding of social media management, email marketing, and content coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is an asset
- Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills
- Extremely well organized and able to work to numerous parallel deadlines, including short term deadlines
- Ability to work with the business intelligence team to set deliverables for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of digital marketing and communication initiatives, activations and new digital initiatives
- Flexible mindset, stress resilient and relishes working in a high-paced environment
- Willingness to travel on a frequent basis
