Job TypeFull-timeAbout Millennial SoftwareWe are an employee‑owned company, every employee receives equity in the company100% company‑paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for you and all dependentsAbility to get increased salary if you don't need medical/dental/vision100% company‑paid disability and life insurance benefits15% 401(k) company contribution30 days of PTO/holidaysGenerous training budgetPaid Paternal and Maternal LeaveBusiness development / growth incentivesTop notch company swagAbout The PositionMillennial Software is looking for a self‑starting, team‑oriented Graphics Designer to join our dynamic development team in supporting a Government customer.Technical Tasks/RequirementsDesign and execute marketing across multiple platformsDevelop digital display ads, website graphics, social media content, and in‑store signageCreate corporate branding assets, including logo‑wear and internal communicationsCoordinate with Account Managers and Customer engagement to understand strategy and sales goalsProvide strategic creative expertise to Account Managers, Customer Engagement and Proposal TeamRequirementsMinimum Skills RequiredMust be a U.S. CitizenWilling to travel on occasionExpert level competency of Adobe Creative Cloud software especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro as well as presentation software such as Keynote and/or PowerPoint.Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of marketing, graphic design, or digital design experience (preferably in the credit union, bank, or financial services industry).HTML/CSS experience with working knowledge of Web Content Management Systems preferred.Possess a strong foundation of graphic design fundamentals (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.).Outstanding creativity, enthusiasm, sense of humor and team spirit.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Calm, flexible and able to work under pressure with short deadlines.Ability to manage projects in an agile work environment a plus.Experience in a collaborative team environment.Strong desire to continue evolving brand standards and visual designsDesired SkillsSquarespace experienceAbility to support website development with Figma and SquarespaceSalary Description$50,000 - $85,000 annually #J-18808-Ljbffr
