Working with an extensive network of partners and business development offices in Europe, the USA, Asia and the Middle East, we offer comprehensive, fully customised solutions for the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul of aircraft engines, airframes and components sales business including impeccable technical support to over 500 customers worldwide. Responsibilities Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules and parts on schedule Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts Request and execute engine modifications Control of executed modifications and configuration on single parts and assemblies Perform assigned work on time and ensure quality of work Continuous improvement of processes to improve quality and safety (Lean Six Sigma, Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis) Environmentally conscious handling of operating equipment and ensuring timely execution and independent self‑control of performed orders Document activities in accordance with regulations, perform internal audits (e.g. 5S audits) and implement defined actions Profile Completed vocational training, preferably specialised in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineering, machine mechanics or equivalent) 3‑5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry Preferably authorised to certify engines under EASA Part 145/Part 66 Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends Independent, precise and responsible work ethic English language (level B1); German is a plus Team player, good communication skills, high safety and quality awareness, proficient in MS Office and SAP We Offer Attractive position in a global, dynamic company.
