Our unwavering dedication to innovation, excellence and environmental responsibility propels us forward on our journey to becoming the leading, most customer‑centric, and sustainable engine‑focused MRO worldwide.Our mission: We safely power your flight.LEAP Quality InspectorAs a LEAP Quality Inspector you will:Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules and individual parts on schedule.Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts.Request and execute engine modifications.Control the execution of modifications and the configuration of single parts and assemblies.Perform assigned work on time and ensure quality of work.Apply Lean Six Sigma tools (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and safety.Handle operating equipment in an environmentally conscious manner.Measure control of the assemblies in mounted condition.Execute orders timely and conduct independent self‑control.Document activities assigned in accordance with regulations.Perform internal audits (e.g. 5S audits) and implement defined actions in a timely manner.Your ProfileCompleted vocational training, preferably in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics, or equivalent).3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the aviation MRO industry.Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA part 145/ part 66.Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends.Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely and responsibly.Open‑minded and dedicated team player with good communication skills.High safety, quality and cost awareness.Knowledgeable in MS Office and SAP.Knowledge of English language (level B1); knowledge of German is a plus.We offerWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
