Our mission: We safely power your flight. LEAP Quality Inspector Your tasks Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules and parts on schedule. Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts. Request and execute engine modifications. Control the execution of modifications and configuration on single parts and assemblies. Perform assigned work on time and ensure quality of work. Continuously improve the processes with the aim of improving quality and safety; apply Lean Six Sigma tools such as Lean Events, 5S and Root Cause Analysis. Perform environmentally conscious handling of operating equipment and resources, while measuring and controlling assemblies in mounted condition and ensuring timely execution and independent self‑control of performed orders. Document activities in accordance with regulations, perform internal audits (e.g., 5S audits) and implement defined actions in a timely manner. Your Profile Completed vocational training, preferably specialised in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics or equivalent). 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry. Preferably authorised to certify engines under EASA part 145 / part 66. Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends. Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely and responsibly. Knowledge of English (level B1); knowledge of German is a plus. Open‑minded and dedicated team player with good communication skills, high safety, quality and cost awareness, and knowledge of MS Office with SAP experience.
