This is what awaits you
  • You are jointly responsible for the strategic plan of Insurance Non-Life.
  • You develop and implement portfolio actions (e.g. restructuring concepts, underwriting tools and processes) to further improve the performance of Insurance Non-Life.
  • You create underwriting guidelines, delegations of authority and tariff regulations for insurance non-life.
  • You check and implement the instructions and requirements of the head office.
  • You advise and support the underwriters in complex individual cases.
  • You plan and coordinate the performance meetings with our head office.
  • Project work within Insurance Non-Life.
This is what you bring with you
  • University degree (university, university of applied sciences) or equivalent training in finance / economics / business informatics.
  • Several years of experience in the insurance business.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as in-depth knowledge of the insurance business.
  • You work independently, are reliable, dynamic and flexible and curious to try new things. You have a strong affinity for IT.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (French is an advantage).
