Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung des IT-Plattformteams mit den Unternehmenszielen und Entwicklung von Plattformlösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen Stakeholdern.
  • Führung und Mentoring eines Teams von DevOps-Ingenieuren zur Förderung einer Kultur der Zusammenarbeit, Innovation und kontinuierlichen Lernens; Personalmanagement und Entwicklung.
  • Verwaltung und Optimierung der Multi-Cloud-Umgebung (inklusive Azure und AWS) für optimale Leistung, Skalierbarkeit und Kosteneffizienz; Sicherstellung der Sicherheit und Compliance durch Implementierung robuster Sicherheitsmassnahmen und Best Practices.
  • Implementierung und Förderung von DevOps-Praktiken und -Prinzipien wie Automatisierung, kontinuierliche Integration und kontinuierliche Lieferung; Befürwortung der Verwendung von Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Methoden.
  • Optimierung der Cloud-Nutzung und -Kosten durch effektives Ressourcenmanagement, Monitoring und Governance; Entwicklung und Management von Budgets für plattformbezogene Projekte zur Optimierung der Ressourcenzuweisung und Sicherstellung der Kosteneffizienz.
  • Pflege von Beziehungen zu Cloud-Service-Anbietern zur Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung mit den Geschäftsanforderungen und Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Optimierung der cloudbasierten Plattformen unter Nutzung bewährter Verfahren und aufkommender Technologien.
  • Sicherstellung der Konsistenz und Einhaltung von Standards, Prozessen und Richtlinien für alle Projekte; Verwaltung der Identifizierung, Lösung und Eskalation aller Risiken und Probleme.
  • Verantwortung für die Verfügbarkeit, Stabilität und Funktionalität aller IT-Plattformlösungen.
  • Planung und Durchführung der Programmkommunikation zur Sicherstellung einer zeitnahen und genauen Verteilung von Informationen und Problemlösungen an alle relevanten Teammitglieder.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, IT oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen.
  • Nachgewiesene Führungsrolle im Bereich cloudbasierter Plattformen, vorzugsweise in einem DevOps-Umfeld.
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung internationaler, multikultureller Projektteams sowie im Controlling und in der Budgetierung von IT-Projekten.
  • Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen wie Prince2, PMP oder gleichwertig.
  • Kenntnisse agiler Methoden wie SCRUM und in Tools wie JIRA und Confluence, idealerweise mit SAFe-Zertifizierungen.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Cloud-Technologien (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) sowie relevante Zertifizierungen (z.B. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
  • Kenntnisse der DevOps-Prinzipien und -Praktiken, einschliesslich kontinuierlicher Integration, kontinuierlicher Lieferung und Infrastructure as Code.
  • Erfahrung mit M365, ERP, CRM und anderen unternehmensweiten Plattformen.
  • Kenntnisse in SAP-Plattformen, SAP BTP und Integration Suites (z.B. SAP IS, Boomi, Mulesoft).
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten für die effektive Interaktion mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen.
  • Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
