Project Sales Engineer East

Aufgaben:
- Übernimm den gesamten Verkaufszyklus für HLK- und Energielösungen, von der Teilnahme an Ausschreibungen bis zum Abschluss des Geschäfts mit dem Kunden.
- Arbeite eng mit Planern, Installateuren, Systemintegratoren und Grosshändlern zusammen, um massgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln, die den spezifischen Bedürfnissen des Kunden entsprechen.
- Fördere das Wachstum und pflege Beziehungen zu bestehenden Key Accounts, während du gleichzeitig neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in deinem Vertriebsgebiet identifizierst.
- Unterstütze Kunden bei der Auswahl der geeignetsten Lösungen und biete das vollständige Portfolio von Danfoss-Produkten an.
- Überwache den Projektfortschritt, stelle sicher, dass Zeitpläne, Kosten und Qualität eingehalten werden, und gehe auf Kundenanforderungen ein.
- Nutze digitale Kanäle und Social Selling, um dein berufliches Netzwerk auszubauen und Danfoss-Lösungen zu fördern.
- Arbeite eng mit internen Teams (Vertrieb, F&E, Logistik und technischem Support) zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Lösungen technisch fundiert sind und den Kundenanforderungen entsprechen.
- Trage zur kommerziellen Strategie für deine Region bei, indem du Marktdaten analysierst und neue Trends und Chancen identifizierst.
Anforderungen:
- Hintergrund in Heizungs-, Elektrotechnik oder Gebäudetechnik – eine zusätzliche Qualifikation (z.B. TS oder ähnlich) ist von Vorteil.
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Vertrieb, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen HLK, Mess- und Regeltechnik oder Anlagenbau.
- Kenntnisse der Gebäudeautomation und Nicht-Wohnungsbau Anwendungen.
- Starke Kundenorientierung und Leidenschaft für Beratung und Vertrieb.
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig und zielorientiert zu arbeiten.
- Lernbereitschaft, Engagement und Motivation in einem dynamischen Umfeld.
- Kenntnisse in MS Office, CRM (Salesforce).
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse; Reisebereitschaft.
