Le rôle :

Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients, un Senior Sustainability Engineer. Vous intégrerez l'équipe de durabilité pour soutenir les initiatives de R&D en innovation, ainsi que les services et performances de notre Business Unit. Votre rôle sera de piloter l'agenda de durabilité, d'améliorer l'efficacité énergétique pour nos clients, et de mener des projets spéciaux visant à réduire notre impact environnemental.

Responsabilités :

  • Collaborer avec les équipes R&D pour intégrer les critères de durabilité dans les nouveaux projets et les innovations du Product Line.
  • Structurer et rapporter les activités et progrès liés à la durabilité.
  • Soutenir et promouvoir les stratégies de mise à niveau en durabilité avec les équipes.
  • Développer des solutions pour les installations existantes et les besoins spécifiques des clients.
  • Mener des projets d'efficacité énergétique, de comptabilité carbone et d'amélioration de l’interface homme-machine.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en milieu industriel/manufacturier, dans un environnement international à structure matricielle.
  • Expérience en développement de programmes de durabilité, avec un minimum de 2 ans dédiés à la durabilité.
  • Maîtrise de l'efficacité énergétique, de la comptabilité carbone et des stratégies de durabilité.
  • Diplôme de niveau Master en ingénierie/économie avec formation en gestion de la durabilité.
  • Anglais courant.
