**THE ROLE**
As a Sustainability Strategist you will:
- Work on client projects and simultaneously manage multiple projects involving one or more standard offerings
- Develop productive working relationships with client contacts in the Fashion & Sporting Goods field. You’re particularly interested in the Watch & Jewelry sector.
- With the guidance of a more senior strategist, contribute to the expansion of Quantis’ leading edge on business sustainability transformation nurturing the pipeline in order to achieve sales target in the Fashion, sporting Goods, Watch & Jewlelry Sector.
You will be successful in your role if you:
- Have a solid understanding of traditional project management methodologies and rreliably deliver time / cost / budget
- Can explain Quantis offer to clients in project context and are able to anticipate your client needs by building a strong network at the client thanks to your strong relationship skills
- With the guidance of a more senior strategist, can leverage Quantis expertise and ecosystem to deliver the needed client transformation towards operating within planetary boundaries and co-create transformative client vision of sustainable business

**DOES THIS DESCRIBE YOU AND YOUR NEXT ROLE?**
- You’re motivated to put your consulting, project management, strategy & client relationship development skills to work towards our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries.
- You’re an experienced and motivated sustainability professional looking for a big opportunity to work with top sustainability leaders and experts. Previous experience in a consulting firm or corporate sustainability within a company will be considered as a big plus.
- You have experience or a strong interest in the Fashion, Sporting Goods, Watch & Jewelry industry.
- You have strong project management skills, and can organise workload, project streams and priorities to deliver in a timely manner.
- For 5+ years, you’ve been working in the strategy consulting or corporate sustainability space.
- You have a good understanding of sustainability topics such as sustainable procurement/supply chain transformation, nature/biodiversity, environmental-related risk, transformation of scope 1 and 2.
- You have the capacity to listen to client needs to create and communicate creative and adapted solutions.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- You communicate effectively and efficiently in fluent English and French (verbally and in writing).
- You have a strong ability to develop networks in your organization as well as in your clients’ organizations to maximize your impact.
- You’re experienced at and passionate about supporting the growth and development of your colleagues.
- You’re highly motivated by the challenges of guiding global companies on a sustainable change pathway, adapting your strategy expertise to new challenges and innovating new paths to success.
