Brand Experience Manager m/f/d, Zug


You will oversee initiatives such as packaging, events and digital experiences to ensure brand guidelines are followed and continuity in brand identity is maintained across platforms. To be effective, you will also work in conjunction with the Brand Strategy and Creative Strategy teams to ensure that all brand-related activities align with our Roche Diagnostics vision, values and positioning.
Leads brand guideline development for sustainable packaging expansion and Accu-Chek packaging implementation
Coordinates across marketing, customer experience & design, global businesses and operations to align brand experiences across functions
Collaborates with Group Communications, the Brand Strategy and Creative Strategy to deliver a meaningful and positive brand experience for our customers
University degree in Marketing/Communications or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
6 years of relevant work experience in brand management, marketing and/or customer experience roles
Strong understanding of marketing, brand principles and customer journey mapping
Experience managing simultaneous complex projects with expansive stakeholder groups
Strong project management skills
Proven, creative, strategic and critical thinking skills
Adobe creative cloud suite, Google suite experience
Fluent in English

German language skills
